1. Definitions

• "Company", "we", "us" — Noor Al Ettehad Transport L.L.C, a licensed passenger transport operator in Dubai, UAE.
• "Customer", "you" — the person or organisation making a booking.
• "Vehicle" — any bus, coach, coaster, van, minivan, 7-seater or SUV supplied with a professional chauffeur.

2. Quotes & bookings

• Quotes issued by phone, WhatsApp, email or the website are free and carry no obligation.
• A quote is valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may change with fuel prices, season and availability until the booking is confirmed.
• A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it in writing (WhatsApp or email) and any agreed advance payment is received.
• Please check your confirmation carefully — dates, times, pick-up points and vehicle type — and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.

3. Prices & payment

• Unless agreed otherwise, quoted prices include the vehicle, a professional chauffeur, fuel and Salik (toll) charges.
• Prices exclude parking fees, entry tickets and any waiting time or extra stops not included in the original quote.
• Payment is made as agreed with our team — cash, bank transfer or another approved method. Corporate and long-term contracts are invoiced per the signed agreement.
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & changes

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pick-up are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up may incur a fee of up to 50% of the trip price.
• No-shows, or cancellation after the vehicle has been dispatched, may be charged in full.
• Rescheduling is free with reasonable notice, subject to vehicle availability.

5. Punctuality & delays

• We plan every trip to arrive on time. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — traffic accidents, extreme weather, road closures or official instructions.
• For airport pick-ups we monitor flight times where the flight number is provided.
• Waiting time beyond the agreed grace period may be charged at the vehicle's hourly rate.

6. Passenger responsibilities

• Passengers must follow UAE law and the driver's safety instructions at all times, including wearing seat belts where fitted.
• Smoking, vaping, alcohol and illegal substances are not permitted in our vehicles.
• The customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their party beyond normal wear and tear, and repair/cleaning costs may be charged.
• The number of passengers must not exceed the licensed seating capacity of the vehicle.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult; child seats are available on request at the time of booking.

7. Luggage & personal belongings

• Luggage must fit safely in the designated luggage space of the booked vehicle. Tell us in advance about oversized items.
• Personal belongings remain the passenger's responsibility. We are not liable for items lost or left in vehicles, though found items are kept and returned wherever possible.

8. Our responsibilities

• All vehicles are RTA-licensed, insured and regularly inspected and cleaned.
• All chauffeurs hold the required UAE licences and are trained in customer care and safety.
• If the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to breakdown or unforeseen events, we will supply the closest available replacement at no extra cost, or refund any amount paid for the affected service.

9. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the total amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including our motor insurance obligations.

10. Website content

All content on this website — text, photographs, logos and design — belongs to Noor Al Ettehad Transport and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Vehicle photographs are representative; the vehicle supplied may vary in colour or trim while matching the booked category and capacity.

11. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
